NRF 2022 RECAP

← Back

Retail Robotics management and engineers team spent 3 days at National Retail Federation annual convention at Innovation Lab to present disruptive technologies for e-grocery and e-commerce: Arctan, Arctan Drive and PickupHero, which help retail to unleash its full potential through the power of automation, convenience and advanced UX. It was a great opportunity to meet with worldwide experts, retailers and investors and discuss how we can solve the last mile delivery problem by providing consumers and retailers with efficient click & collect options.

The retail industry was reunited at the NRF Retail Big Show, the largest annual exhibition for business and technology leaders, which took place in New York last week. It also gathered in one place market experts, investors and innovative tech companies from around the world.

Presence at Innovation Lab at NRF 2022 was a great opportunity for our representatives to discuss with international experts the urgent need of providing consumers and retailers with convenient and efficient delivery and collection options. The market is looking for solutions which enable large and small retailers to boost e-commerce, e-grocery, and in-store sales, but also help to reduce traffic and ultimately contribute to the creation of green zones in urban space and the concept of 15-minute cities.

“We are more than proud of our entire team, thanks to which we are among the pioneers of innovation in global retail.” – says Łukasz Nowiński, Founder and CEO at Retail Robotics.

At the NRF 2022 event Retail Robotics also debuted with Arctan Drive solution – the most effective robotic technology for e-grocery curbside pickup, which will fit in 8 standard parking spots and can serve 7 customers at the same time with the capacity of 896 logistic bins or more. It also has an option for integration with Micro Fulfillment Center and remote loading.

“We hope to develop it quickly all over the world, as we know the curbside pickups or drive-throughs are becoming very popular and people like to pick up their goods quickly and efficiently for economic and sustainable point of view.” – says Marek Piotrowski, Partner and CMO at Retail Robotics.

During NRF Retail’s Big Show, the company also presented its second flagship technology for the e-commerce parcel market – PickupHero. This modern solution is largely focused on meeting the growing demand for sustainable trade. This is also the goal of Retail Robotics, whose PickupHero supports the construction of the infrastructure of the future for e-commerce deliveries.

Retail Robotics was mentioned in Forbes España recap among ‘the most outstanding proposals of the NRF 2022 Innovation Lab’. The company was also among “Big ideas from retail’s ‘big show’: New York’s NRF” in Drapers Magazine recap between main companies to define the industry’s future.
